Fiber laser cutting beginners may often encounter cutting quality is not ideal, do not know how to adjust the parameters of the situation. Let me just talk a little bit about the method of parameter adjustment.
Cutting height, cutting nozzle type, focusing position, cutting power, cutting frequency, cutting duty ratio, cutting pressure, cutting speed, etc. Will affect the quality of the cut. Including hardware protection mirror, gas purity, plate quality, focusing mirror and collimation mirror.
If the quality of the ultra-high power fiber laser cutting machine is poor, it is recommended to perform a general check first. The main contents and order of general inspection are as follows:
1. It is recommended to adjust the cutting height to 0.8 ~ 1.2 mm. If the actual cutting height is not accurate, it needs to be calibrated.
2. Check whether the type and size of the cutting copper nozzle are incorrect. If used correctly, check the copper nozzle for damage.
3. A cut copper head with a diameter of 1.0 is recommended for optical center detection. The focal length of the optical center inspection should be between -1 and 1. This point is small enough to be easily observed.
4. Check whether the protective lens is clean, no water, no oil, no slag. Sometimes, due to weather and climate, too cold air and other reasons, protective lenses fog.
5. Focus Check whether the focus Settings are correct. If the cutter head is in autofocus state, be sure to use the APP to check whether the focus is correct.
After the above five checks are complete, modify the parameters according to the cutting phenomenon of optical fiber laser cutting.
For example, there are many kinds of stainless steel slag. If only the Angle plug can consider the roundness of the Angle, the parameter can reduce the focus and increase the pressure. If all hang slag, it is necessary to reduce the focal length and increase the pressure, but the focal length or pressure is too low, the section will be stratified and the surface is rough. If it is full-particle soft melt slag, the cutting speed can be increased or the cutting power can be reduced appropriately. When cutting stainless steel, there may be slag hanging near the cutting end. At this time, you can check whether the gas supply is insufficient and the gas flow cannot keep up.
Fiber laser cutting machine cutting carbon steel generally encounter some problems, such as thin plate section is not bright enough, thick plate section rough. Generally 1000W laser cut carbon steel brightness is less than 4mm, 2000w is 6mm, 3000w is 8mm. The bright part to be cut requires no rust, oxidation paint, no skin on the surface of the plate, and the oxygen purity should be at least 99.5% higher. When cutting, attention should be paid to doubling by 1.0 or 1.2 with a small cutting mouth. The cutting speed should be greater than 2m/min, and the cutting pressure should not be too large.
If the quality of the thick plate cut by the fiber laser cutting machine is good, the purity of the plate and gas needs to be ensured, and the cutting port needs to be selected. The larger the aperture, the better the section quality, but at the same time, the larger the section taper.
