1. If the spot of the focusing laser is adjusted to a minimum, the initial position will be established and the focus position can be judged by the spot size. When the spot pole of the laser is determined to be small, then this position is a better processing focal length, and then you can start processing work.
2. As part of the debugging of the ultra-high power fiber laser cutting machine, we can use some workpiece scraps and wastes to judge the accuracy of the focal length position. When the height of the upper and lower laser head is moved, the size of the laser spot will vary. Different positions can be adjusted several times to find a particularly small spot position, so as to determine the focal length of the laser head.
3. After installing the ultra-high power fiber laser cutting machine, the marking device can be installed on the cutting nozzle of the CNC cutting machine, such as a 1m analog square. A circle with a diameter of 1m is built in. After drawing the four corners diagonally, use a gauge to measure whether the circle you drew is tangent to the four sides of the square. Also, check that the diagonal of the square is around 1.41 in length. The distance between the central axis of the circle and the intersection of the two sides of the square and the intersection of the two sides of the square should be 0.5m. By testing the distance between the diagonal and the intersection, the cutting accuracy of the equipment can be judged.
